Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted suppliers in mainland China, allowing us to offer affordable and personalised luxury pieces without compromising quality.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, we’re unable to make changes, but you can return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our partner warehouses. Please allow a little extra time during holidays or sale periods.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, usually within 1–3 business days, and shipped the next working day.
